Maple Bacon Sundae

- 4 tablespoons pure maple syrup
- 6 slices cooked bacon (4 cut into bite size sections)
- Place a large scoop of ice cream into the bottom of a sundae dish, sprinkle with some of the cut bacon and top with 1 Tbs. syrup.
- Repeat the layers then using 1 piece of bacon break it into 2 pieces and nestle in the back of the sundae for garnish.
